HOW TO ORDER
You can order by web, phone, mail, e-mail or fax.

MAIL Fill out order forms. For proper processing of your order ensure that you include your phone number and address. Enclose a money order or check payable to SUPREME COLLECTION, or fill in your credit card information in the space provided. Note: If you enclose a check, we will mail out your order when your check clears (This usually takes 5 to 10 business days). Mail the completed order form to:

info@supremecollections.com is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This service is available for credit card holders only. If you are ordering with Money Order or Check, complete our order form (in our catalog), process through our shopping cart or print off our website by ordering through our cart and selecting "Print Order" at check out and mail to us.

Our order line is 650-281-9978 Monday to Friday 10:30 am to 6:30 pm.
On Saturday 12:30pm to 5:30pm, Eastern Standard Time.
We accept the following credit cards, MASTER CARD, AMEX, DISCOVER, VISA. For orders outside USA call 1-703-430-6363.

C.O.D. (cash on delivery)
This service is avaiable only to USA established customers at additional charges. Established customers are those that have ordered from SUPREME COLLECTIONS at least once.

INTERNATIONAL
All orders outside USA must be prepaid plus shipping and handling in the US funds only. Overseas customers are responsible for their country taxes and duties, Our shipping is through Fedex or Express Mail. Please for exact cost, contact us through phone or e-mail at info@supremecollections.com.

SHIPPING All orders received by 4:00pm will be shipped same day. Orders by Personal checks are held 5 to 10 business days. Orders are shipped by UPS or USPS unless otherwise requested. Next day shipping is available on request at extra cost.

RETURN POLICY
SUPREME COLLECTIONS guarantees the quality of its products. In the event of factory defect or incorrect shipping, SUPREME COLLECTIONS will issue exchange or credit promptly. All merchandise must be returned unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging as purchased with all parts "AS NEW". Items must be received by us within 10 business days from the day of purchase. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. No Returns will be accepted by SUPREME COLLECTIONS without Pre-Authorization from our customer services representative. Please call customer services 1-703-430-6363 for an authorization return number. This authorization return number should clearly appear on the outside of the returned box or envelope for it to be accepted. Exchanges: please be sure to include reshipping / handling fee. Any refused shipment returned to SUPREME COLLECTIONS will result in a handling charge @ 20% of invoice Price.

All items available for direct internet purchase will be processed through the shopping cart on a secure server, protecting all your credit information. Upon purchase a copy of the invoice will be sent to your designated email account with all costs and an assigned invoice tracking number to follow your order. The shopping cart works through cookie technology. Make sure your browser is set to accept cookies for cart to function properly. Netscape version 3.0 or Gold does not comply with the most recent secure certificate issuing organizations. It is possible you may get an alert concerning certificate being outdated. Not true. Upgrade your browser by clicking the Thawte icon to resolve any problem issues.
